Policies Compliance Background and license hits are reviewed at facility discretion. Return Staff Policy: Must be away from full-time, part-time, or per diem employment for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler. Travel Break Policy: After 1 year on assignment, a 90-day system break is required before returning as a traveler. Perm Applicants: Cannot be in process for, or have applied to, a permanent role with St. Elizabeth Healthcare within the past 6 months. Strict no-call policy in place. Modules Non-billable if completed within first 16 hours of orientation; after 16 hours, modules are billable.
