Director of Rehab / Rehab Director COTA or SLP Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (COTA, SLP) to join our Houghton Lake, MI Skilled Nursing Facility. Full-Time, 30-40 Hours Per Week Salaried Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential Prior Management experience preferred As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, COTA) in a skilled nursing setting. You’ll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives. Qualifications Current state licensure as a PTA, COTA, or OT Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines At Broad River Rehab we value our staff and their dedication to our mission of making a difference in every resident’s life.
