We are seeking to add a Personal Trainer to our exceptional team. A Gill's Fitness personal trainer's primary responsibility is to implement our safe and effective methodology to help our clients reach their fitness objectives. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a passion for fitness and helping improve people's lives.
Responsibilities
Implement individualized workout plans
Demonstrate proper techniques and provide exceptional directions and explanations
Ensure that all facility safety standards and procedures are followed
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required
Current personal trainer certification or a Kinesiology degree or currently enrolled in kinesiology program
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
